Prior to TRD, she was features editor at hyperlocal New York news site DNAInfo, where she oversaw coverage of the city's residential real estate market. With a Bachelors of Science from the College of Communication at Boston University, Heidi majored in film and later worked for celebrated cinéma vérité documentarian Frederick Wiseman.     Bonnie Sinnock is the capital markets editor of National Mortgage News. Bonnie has been working for NMN and affiliated publications at Arizent and its predecessors since 1995. She was part of a group of Neal Award finalists for Best News Coverage of the TILA/RESPA Integrated Disclosure rule in 2016; and<a href="https://www.nationalmortgagenews.com/news/life-after-hamp-many-requirements-few-standards"> <u>another story she wrote that year</u></a> anticipated the need for new foreclosure prevention standards in the United States four years before one emerged amid the 2020 pandemic. She previously was a reporter for the NonProfit Times, the Courier News, and Los Angeles Independent newspaper group. Her work has also appeared in several other publications, including the Los Angeles Times and the Saginaw News.     Originations Editor
    Brad Finkelstein is the originations editor of National Mortgage News. While he covers the entire process, Brad's specialty is loan production and its associated parts from lead development through secondary marketing.<br/><br/>Brad joined National Mortgage News in 1990 after working on the North Hempstead/Northeast Queens desk for This Week publications on Long Island and then as associate editor of the Airport Press, covering both passenger and cargo stations at the New York area airports. While part of the NMN family, Brad was the editor of its wholesale publications Broker Magazine and Origination News, and in those roles and now in his current role, coordinates the <a href="https://www.nationalmortgagenews.com/top-producers-2022"><u>annual Top Producers survey.</u></a> He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Urban Studies from Queens College.
